Powder Coating services are available at Huxley Design. Powder coating is a form of finishing products similar to paint. Unlike a wet paint, Powder coat is a dry powder that is electrically charged and sprayed onto clean parts. Once a product is fully sprayed, the part is baked in an industrial sized oven to cure the powder coat. After cooling down, the powder coat provides protection, rust prevention, and more.

We have a 14’ x 8’ oven that is used for all of our powder coating and heating needs.

Clean parts include, newly formed/cut parts, chemically stripped, or sandblasted parts.
